Recruitment Resourcer: Talent Attraction Coordinator

Established in January 2013 by our Founding Director, Amy Stephenson Human Recruitment has grown to become a trusted advisor in the local marketplace. Our team is now growing and in 2016, our 3rd year we will develop our offering substantially.

If you have experience in the following areas please get in touch so we can talk in more detail.

  • Source and interview candidates in line with our clients requirements
  • Interviewing and supporting candidates in their career development
  • Meet and network with individuals across the local business community
  • Compose well written job adverts
  • Support the development of our Social Media presence
  • General administration duties

If you are:

  • Keen to join an expanding company and willing to learn from a passionate and professional team
  • An excellent copy writer, who can produce amazing vacancy adverts and social media posts
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Confident on the phone and happy speaking to clients and candidates about opportunities and available individuals

Benefits:

Salary £16,000 – £18,000 + bonus

Full time and part time opportunities available

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (Saturday morning 9am -12pm TOIL)

25 days holiday + statutory
