At Human, we understand that finding the right candidate to grow and develop your business is an important decision. We also understand that it can also be a process which is just as daunting for business owners as it is for the eager candidates arriving for their first interview.
As recruitment professionals it’s our job to make the process as easy and pain-free as possible, both for business owners looking to fill their vacancies and individuals looking to take the next step on their career ladder. Earlier this year we were approached by a global medical device manufacturer, which was having difficulty finding skilled candidates for a number of roles in the business. Each role was varied and required very different skills and experiences – ranging from event and exhibition management roles to sales support. Over the course of the year, we helped the company to not only find one skilled candidate but five: All of whom have settled well into their new roles and already forging careers with the business.
